“Excellent service provided by Aircoach and I would hope to avail of the service on future trips to Dublin.They also successfully retrieved a pair of glasses that I had left on the bus and were later found.Customer service is of a high standard.”

“Trip was reasonably priced from Athlone to Dublin airport- no extra charges for luggage. Arrived a few minutes late in Athlone but made up time. Bus was warm and clean and comfortable with charging points for phone and laptop.”

“Nice chilled journey through beautiful scenery. Friendly drivers and more or less on time. Maybe could be a bit cheaper. I will still use again though when I come back to Ireland.”

“This service is excellent! My daughter & I went from Belfast to Dublin City centre non stop and returned as well. We had our tkts booked beforehand which guaranteed us seats as it can get very busy. Definitely use aircoach again.”

“The whole process of buying the tickets online and getting on the bus was smooth. The only problem was that we were told to go to Terminal 1 to get on the bus, but we were at Terminal 2, without realizing how far away Terminal 1 was. Fortunately, we were able to get on the bus at Terminal 2.”

“When designing and considering the leg room seating distance when initially building the Aircoach, was there thought do you think that a percentage of travellers maybe taller than 5 foot 6 inches and so as a result have to endure discomfort as well as minimising the capacity for other travellers who would not be able to sit next to them. Is this a case of pack them in like sardines so we can maximise our best possible profit.”

“Bus was more or less on time, if prone to motion sickness recommend taking precautions, also bring layers as the temperature varied from hot to cold and back again!”

“Excellent service from Dublin airport to Belfast. The only negative aspect was the uncertainty of the exact pickup location for the coach service we had booked. We were tired and jetlagged but luckily speak English and ask questions. Better signage would be helpful. Online pre booking was easy.”
