“First driver was so rude saying he’s was tired and too old to be bothered with scanning us in and we felt like we were a problem to him. Felt really uncomfortable. Second driver came along and other driver and was polite. Other driver moved to other bus. We paid for a service that we felt we were a hinderance to driver. Very unpleasant return journey. Driver on our outward journey was so pleasant and chirpy and told us how long our journey would be and wished us a happy holiday and safe flight.”

“Late arrival of the bus so needed to take another transportation and then they sad that their costumers needs to wait at least 1hour before they pay back the ticket fee. 1hour!! Bad experience both on the bus (my first ride) and then by the costumer service. Choose another company.”

“The service is fine on board but it is so inconvenient that it no longer stops at Altnagelvin, meaning a taxi ride is required to get out with luggage to the Drumahoe park and ride.”

“Great service if the time suits with reduced options re departure from Killiney. Our driver was particularly friendly and helpful. However i have had limited use of it since Covid because of reduced frequency. First bus just doesn’t suit early morning flights”
