“Comfortable, clean and modern bus. USB connection”

“The poor driver who had to try and get out of Dublin but due to what was happening he could not get out and unfortunately our trip to cork took 4.5 hours in stead of 3”

“The bus to dublin was a bit grubby, the driver was very friendly. The bus back to cork was spotless and again the driver was very friendly and polite. It would be great if there was a service throughout the night from the airport as we had to wait over 5 hours. I know there may not always be a demand but if at certain times there was and the service could be offered then.”

“Very nice comfortable ride. Only downside was confusion at Dublin Airport as so many coaches were coming in and it was not clear which was my coach.”

“While the efficiency of the service is very good the experience on the ground at Dublin Airport leaves a lot to be desired. The organization of the stands, the queuing and the arranging for luggage loading are poor. Some help is required to negotiate the role of ticket issuer to driver at this point which would improve the service.”

“The service itself was pretty good. Friendly drivers, fast and easy airport transfer. I had to deduct one star though, since a delayed ride back to the airport almost made me miss my flight. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this service”

“The driver was very helpful (first made sure nobody was waiting at the wrong bus stop at Belfast International, i.e. where Airporter had been) and was very polite while trying to explain to a difficult passenger whose phone had died that she had to wait until all other passengers had boarded before he would allow her on. On the negative side, the quality of the buses was not so great, on both legs the seats were not very comfortable, on one bus I had to move seats a few times to find one that didn't wobble, and the cleanliness wasn't great. Also, the bus's engine seemed to be having trouble at times, making disconcerting noises. Overall though, the price was much better than it had been with Airporter”

“This was the first time I used the service (Cork to Dub Airport Rtn). The first trip was on a very comfortable coach with a very professional driver who made very clear announcements at the start of the journey and drove extremely safely. The return trip was on an older less comfortable coach. The driver was very pleasant though didn't make announcement re seatbelt use. He listened to a current affairs prog on the radio which I can understand helps the tedium for him as a driver but I found it quite annoying as a passenger. I think after an overnight flight from the US a silent journey is preferable. All in all I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the driving and I will definitely use Aircoach again.”
