“As a first time customer it wasn’t bad. A customer service number should be ready at any time to help sort out issues. The bus driver left me even when seeing i was crossing over. There was an issue with the stage location.”

“No complaints so far. The drivers are usually lovely, no matter the time of day I use the service. Sometimes the bus is late though, especially really early morning (circa 5am) which I wouldn't expect”

“The bus line 700 stops right at Drumcondra station which is perhaps the best stop if you change from or to the railway network. Would be nice to have a departure display at the bus stop. I think that for the rather short trip between the airport and the city, Aircoach is quite expensive though. However, you are guaranteed to have a seat and the buses are more comfortable than Dublin bus 16, so the service is quite good.”

“Drivers were very helpful, no charging points working on the bus but the driver lent me his power bank. Great help with my mother who is a wheelchair user too”
