“Aircoach is usefull service. We used for going from Dublin center (wow exactly 50 meter form our hotel side) on board everything well, confirtable, pilot was very kind with us giving full indication of arrival station and how to change with local bus to final destination. Cost is conform to trip extension and age of users.”

“COACH WAS VERY GOOD AND ON TIME. WAS ON 5AM COACH BUT IT WAS VERY COLD IN COACH ALSO IT WOULD HELP IF YOU CAN CHANGE PICKUP POINT ON YOUR BOOKING.”

“The bus was comfortable and clean. Both of which are very important to me. Everything was perfectly on time and It felt the drivers were competent. The driver on the trip from Dublin to Cork was initially abrupt, which took me off guard. But then, when I asked for directions from the drop off in Cork to the local bus station, he was very nice and helped me. The driver on the way from Cork to Dublin was very nice and let us know that we needed to tell him if we were too hot or too cold because he wouldn’t know what it was like for us in the back. Unfortunately, there were two people in the back who were playing their music so that everybody had to listen to it and it was filled with racial slurs and degradation of women. They were also singing loudly and rocking their seats aggressively. That was a bit difficult to endure.”

“I would say the bus is very punctual. A little suggestion is to improve the route in Dublin City centre. I find a lot of time is wasted in the slow traffics there.”

“It’ s great when the driver help us to put the luggage in the bus trunk … It wasn’t the case in the bus Dublin to Belfast but il was perfect for the return !”

“Everything was perfect bar the attitude of the driver at 5.40 am . My ticket didn’t display properly and he snapped that he couldn’t read a black screen - then snapped for me to turn the phone around so he could input the numbers. He could def do with some customer relations training”

“I am glad I decided to take an early bus, even though my flight was much later in the morning. I prefer to sit and wait at the airport for fear the bus was either early or late. The bus was late but the service was fast and comfortable. FYI I was at the stop at least 20 mins before it arrived. A couple was already waiting at the stop. They were visible upset and walking off to get a taxi when the bus eventually showed up.”
