“Everything was perfect bar the attitude of the driver at 5.40 am . My ticket didn’t display properly and he snapped that he couldn’t read a black screen - then snapped for me to turn the phone around so he could input the numbers. He could def do with some customer relations training”

“I am glad I decided to take an early bus, even though my flight was much later in the morning. I prefer to sit and wait at the airport for fear the bus was either early or late. The bus was late but the service was fast and comfortable. FYI I was at the stop at least 20 mins before it arrived. A couple was already waiting at the stop. They were visible upset and walking off to get a taxi when the bus eventually showed up.”

“Booked a 2pm aircoach from Dublin City centre which didn't arrive til 2.23 pm I has ro ring head office to see if it was in operation. They weren't specific as to when it would arrive. An aircoach customer support person at the stop didn't go n tell passengers about delay. However the journey was smooth lovely new bus but arrived in cork 23 mins behind schedule”

“Only negative remark is that passengers have to load their own luggage. This is a problem when the bus leaves passengers to two terminals at Dublin. It means that baggage for terminal one can be buried under baggage for terminal two. It would help a little if the baggage compartment was divided for the respective terminals. Otherwise it was a punctual, pleasant and efficient service and journey and we will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.”

“It was good. Didn't get to use the toilet this time but usually the toilet on the bus doesn't work in many cases and hopefully it's well equipped every time.”
