“Air coach service is excellent. Smooth and stress free way to travel! Drivers are helpful and courteous. My only gripe was having to change buses on way to Belfast. Having loaded luggage and got a seat at Dublin T2, we then had to offload and change buses at T1. Not great after a 10 hour flight!”

“Aircoach arrived promptly at pick-up stop and to airport Pre-booked ticket. Would be helpful that once purchased the ticket could be updated if needed to flexible/ change of pick-up stop”

“Coach came on time and driver very friendly . Suggest a member of staff on the ground would greatly assist visitors to Ireland and if ground person also sold tickets prior to bus arrival would also speed up the process and driver might then be able to assist people load their luggage. In all other countries we visit driver assists with luggage and there is usually someone to buy tickets from before bus arrives especially at airport.”

“The drivers were a great help getting the bags on the bus which was a relief. Left on time and arrived on time. WiFi is a great amenity to have aswell.”

“Services was good we went to Belfast which can take up to 2 hours my only real concern was no toilet on the bus for both the trips . I had my elderly mother with me and she does have a weak bladder . When I arrived at Dublin Airport the air pack did have a toilet and this coach was only dropping me off at the outside the hotel . It doesn’t make sense that you don’t use the coach’s with toilets for the Belfast trip .”

“This is my first time using Aircoach to Galway from Dublin Airport Terminal 2. Glad to say it’s a great service. Bus Driver extremely cheerful and helpful. Bus is comfortable and has great airflow. Going to relax now 😊”

“Great service but a group of other passengers were drinking cans and playing music without headphones. The driver should maybe announce that this isn't allowed before the journey starts. Otherwise great service.”

“I am recovering from a hamstring injury and I was lucky to avail of one of two wide space seats on the journey from Cork to Dublin, too late on the return. The driver said to take my time on alighting in Dublin. I no longer use crutches, just a limp. People who don't need these seats urgently should at least keep an eye out to see does someone who gets on later may benefit from these seats than they do. You don't know how painful an injury can be until you actually get one yourself. Thanks, Aircoach.”
