“The temperature on the bus was unbearable. The driver even said to ask him to turn down the temperature if it gets too warm and I did, only for him to turn it back up after 15 mins. This happened 3 times before I gave up. For the return journey at 11:30pm the driver went so far out of the lane that the lane departure assist warning started beeping. This happened two or three times. The sockets seems to be missing from most buses now, can't remember the last time i saw them on one. Sorry to say but I'll be switching to go bus for my Dublin Airport transfers, quality has gone way downhill.”

“I’ve traveled a few times over the last 2 years with air coach and it’s mostly been good. The staff at Dublin are friendly and helpful. It depends on drivers if they will help with heavy luggage. Most are helpful. Being a senior means it’s not always easy to retrieve my bag from the undercarriage if it’s been pushed in far.”

“Positives: The journey was comfortable and swift. Despite bad weather, the driving was competent and we felt safe. The service ran as timetabled. Wifi on board was variable. Main complaint: we had understood that the service was direct, from Dublin City to Belfast International Airport. In fact, we had to change coaches twice. In each case the new vehicle was waiting for us so there was no delay; however, the second change (Belfast City) was not announced, leaving a few passengers (us included) to make a swift move when we realised what was required (in the course of which I left behind my glasses). The coaches used in the first and third legs of the service were spacious; the other (in which we made the longest journey) was more cramped). Overall, it was a convenient service and we would be glad to use it again if the circumstances arose.”

“R flight landed at the Dublin Airport about 12.15pm & r Aircoach was booked for 3.45pm 2 Belfast. This one arrived at 1.30pm, we asked the driver, cud we bring r late booking 4ward in which he said yeah no problem. That saved us from sitting in the Airport for 3 hrs waiting for r original booking 3.45pm. We got home b4 tea time which was great, thanx.”

“The coach was fine clean and comfortable, however it wasn’t clear on the site that advanced tickets were a lot cheaper one if our group bought a ticket in the day which was double the price and was then told that they wouldn’t be able to return as no walk ons that day… thankfully it was resolved in the end but feel the website could be clearer”

“Cheap, fast and friendly drivers. Travelled from Derry to Dublin Airport, comfortable bus, didn't feel like a near 4 hour journey, will be using again in summer, super easy way to travel to your airport.”
