“Prebooked trip for a family of four on the 12th April from O Connell Street (upper) to Dublin Airport in the 6pm coach. Coach turned up and only let 7 passengers on as it was full. None of the passengers had pre booked. The driver did not prioritise pre booked passengers and when challenged appeared stressed and claimed your system was not working. Waited 30 minutes for next coach but when none appeared decided to book a taxi. Aircoach cost me 20 euros for a trip that they could not contractually deliver. Very poor and very disappointed. Will not use again. Shambles please let me know how I get my money back?”

“It's was good but very hot in bus as it was full. Air vents not working or charger plug or USB were not working at all no window opened on bus for Air no music just very stuffie on bus.. Normally I'm happy Normally with it all...”

“Nice and clean buses. Good service. Decent drivers. Opportunity for improvement- on occasions different bus is provided and so customers are not always sure because they are looking for standard bus. Frequency can be more. Keep up the good work”

“On April 9, I landed at Dublin airport at 7:30 pm from Amsterdam, which was almost 1 hr's delay. After getting the luggage, it was 8 pm. Aircoach required a passager to purchase the ticket online, but the next available ticket is 10 pm, and estimated to arrive city center at 11 pm. As a visitor from the United States, it is impossible to predict the exact time coming out of the airport, so it is absurd to expect the passenger to purchase the ticket online ahead of time. The Aircoach bus did not have enough seats to accommodate all passengers; therefore, it took 2 hours for the next ticket available. I ended up took the taxi instead. Another ridiculous point is that the review not even tailor to the Aircoach bus. It is used for package delivery.”
