“Overall I am really happy with the services provided. I do see the bus drivers constantly fighting with the QRCode readers which seems inefficient. Also you could improve the onboarding TV system at the front of the bus to tell users what's the next stop. I saw multiple times foreigners skipping their right stop because they just don't know and even when the bus driver announces it, it's not heard on the back of the bus. An electronic announcing system could help.”

“first the EX 705 on 13.4. /12.45 was late secondly, it didnt scann my ticket and I had to go out again and stand outside, while my wife was already in the coach... it was not my problem... and I can't accept this behaviour”

“Excellent service, could not fault it apart from one thing. The driver on our return journey from Dublin to the airport was rude and grumpy. Had it not been for that, I would have given it 5 stars.”

“Our trip to Dublin was fabulous. The bus was on time, we even arrived slightly earlier than expected. On our way home,we had to change buses 3 times which was a little frustrating, however, we still arrived home a little earlier than expected which was great.”

“A brilliant service to the airports. Was travelling at night and bus was very comfortable and warm.On return journey from Belfast bus arrived on time and driver was very helpful to a woman who had difficulty getting off and on bus,lovely to see this .Will definitely use this service again.”

“Without advising anyone aircoach had to use a second third party coach for our trip. Although aircoach allow food and coffee the third party didn’t so we had to throw them out in order to be allowed on the coach. We then had to change coaches at Dublin airport to continue with our journey. When I contacted aircoach about this change to the coach used they seemed less than interested despite the fact that none of this is covered in their terms and conditions - they were more interested in telling me how expensive the third party coach was (€300k for those interested).”
