“The buses we took were on time and the drivers were helpful and understanding. The bus stops are usually easy to locate. We are surprised to see an absence of toilets on board especially for long drive (more than two hours). Overall, good experience. Thank you!”

“The route taken is too long,was quicker when going over east link. I always use the service from Greystones and if it was hourly again it would be better.”

“You really could use better signage in Dublin airport. It’s not only me who couldn’t find their way, I watched dozens of people ask your different drivers where they could find their buses too. Larger and higher up signs that are easier to spot from a distance would be very helpful.”

“Realible service to get you from Cork to Dublin Airport.... It would be nice if you could book seats when buying tickets in advance to ensure you are sitting next to your travel companion (specially being a minor)”

“The aircoach from Cork to Dublin Airport was very efficient, leaving Cork at 1am and arriving in Dublin at approximately 4am. The only part I did not particularly enjoy was how full the bus was, it was at full capacity which made the trip a bit uncomfortable.”

“Bus drivers on both occasions were very friendly and helpful. The coach was comfortable enough. However, on both journeys the wifi did not work despite stating that it was connected on my phone. This was very inconvenient as I required it for work.”

“All very well, only you could give a little more info on the starting point in Dublin. Another suggestion could be to assign numbered seats, so that people from the same group could sit together.”
