Good service but possibly have more than one coach every 2 hours at peak times.

The only problem was that when the driver scanned our tickets, it appeared as if they had already been used! This happened for both my ticket, and my son's. (We had booked our seats before we travelled to Ireland). This alarmed and surprised us, but fortunately the driver let us continue our journey. So please check how this could have happened.

We liked the visibility, frequency and quality of the bus. Only issue for us was length of journey. If possible would like a bus that goes direct from Dublin Airport to Cork City.

Really comfortable, affordable, and quick return journey from Belfast to Dublin Airport. The return leg of the journey arrived around 20 minutes late, that is why I deducted one star

Great service but if you miss the bus sometimes hard to get on the next one if too full. Would love it to run every hour

Quick and easy to use, the Derry stop is not at the main coach station which is nearby so there could be something on the website clarifying

A few minutes late, but not a problem to our flight.

Overall, a good service with courteous staff and comfortable facilities. One major problem for me was that the arrival in Derry on Saturday 15th August was 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Normally this could be an advantage but as a single woman, finding myself alone in a city I didn't know at 23h45 was extremely unsettling. The driver simply dropped everyone off and left. It apparently didn't occur to him that leaving someone alone in a strange city at midnight might be a problem. I had arranged a lift but for the appointed arrival time of 00.15. This meant that the start of my first visit to Ireland was an alarming experience!

The driver was kind and helpful but don't expect that on regular basis.

Busses are contemporary and comfortable. The only two issues I experienced with Aircoach travel is that sometimes USB charging ports aren't really working and Wifi is not present despite being advertised. These might be individual carriage issues. In summer there are a lot of passengers taking the coaches. It is strongly advisable to book in advance. Happy travels!

Can't really fault it, maybe just train the drivers about the proper use of Aircon, it was turned off on our recent return trip from Dublin and the heat was unbearable. Also on all journeys as you have both a driver and an attendant at each location it might help to control the queue especially as people rush forward to make sure their baggage gets in i.e. jumping the queue and also queue from both direction . Perhaps the attendant could supervise this properly

The service is good, but it would be helpful to have some flexibility (at no extra costs) to allow passengers to get a fifferent bus (to that on which they are booked) if flights are early or late
