“Service and times are good bus stop locations good. Improvements for my route would include starting at cork Airport and going through cork city and updating website to allow end to end bookings with transfers (Cork to Belfast booking is ridiculous).”

“Very good, busses are usually on time and are comfortable and clean. One thing that could be improved in drivers making a greater effort to allow prebooking customers on first as ocassionally those without pre booked tickets will be allowed on first”

“Great service, although bus was running 20- 25 behind schedule. Must load and unload your own bags on the bottom of the bus. Difficult when you load at one of the last stops.”

“Had a very good trip to and from Belfast International Airport.I have to highlight one of the drivers for special praise Bill was his name.A very professional,friendly man. Not taking away from the other driver as he was also good. One thing that was an inconvenience was not been able change or original point of departure.My wife was asked to cancel her original booking and book another ticket which was very inconvenient for us as we couldn't risk not getting on holiday. Why days ahead of the holiday when we informed Aircoach could they not accommodate our request. My wife questioned the lady on the phone as to why. She didn't seem either to want to offer a valid reason or was being pedantic.She then hung up the phone line. Now we did receive a email some days later as to apologise about that level of customer service. Getting people to pay extra for flexible fares and not be able to change a pick up point with days notice seems a bit much to me.”

“Aircoach is reliable, the cancellation policy is excellent and the staff is always helpful. Busses could be even more comfortable and have more reliable charging options for mobile devices (with usb-c ports or power outlets) and WiFi.”

“Very good service in general. Only problem was lack of signage at the bus stops at Dublin Airport- no clarity over where my bus was leaving from so spent 40 minutes waiting at the wrong stop.”
