“It was incredibly hot on that bus as the heating was running all the time full steam. The driver refused to turn it down on our request. Quite an ordeal this trip!”

“Not overly happy Had a confirmed booking Coach driver said coach was full and we NEVER HAD A BOOKING ON THE COACH Had to remove bags etc of coach. Got back on the coach after and put in confirmation email to prove we were on the right bus at the CORRECT TIME”

“PLeased with service, however slightly disappointed that there definitely seem to be less services than when it was Airporter. I think Airporter was once an hour and Aircoach is now every 2 hrs.”

“Coaches are good quality, although personal opinion is that GoBus might be slightly ahead. The schedule is decent. I have experienced good time keeping and professional bus drivers. The internet wifi is the one area that is not great. I do not experience great quality on that. There is a weak signal and it doesn't really work!”
