“I book in advance 2 tickets for a journey to go to the airport. When the coach arrived, and despite my booking, it was already full. The driver rejected us and told me to take the next one. When the next coach, the driver told me that it was full and he can only accept people with a booking for this journey... At the end, we had to take a cab to be sure to have our plane but paid for 2 tickets Aircoach... Next time I will pass my way !”

“Have used aircoach for years now and have never had any issues. The only thing that we would complain about is the fact that the 703 only operates every 2 hours since COVID. The hourly service prior to COVID meant we could always use aircoach for our trips to and from Dublin airport.”

“It was incredibly hot on that bus as the heating was running all the time full steam. The driver refused to turn it down on our request. Quite an ordeal this trip!”
