“Booking and journey itself was sound. However i made an error when selecting pick up location. Called up in advance to request amending it as there wasnt a difference in price. Was told via phone that only date or time of booking could be changed but not locations so he advised to either take a chance and get on at the different stop but as it wasnt where I booked I'd be at risk of being marked as a no show or else i should rebook entirely and request a refund. This seemed like it would be as much hassle for aircoach as it was for me so before booking i emailed the next day and sure enough the girl was able to amend and resend a new confirmation, very straightforward.”

“Journey to Dublin airport was good but the return journey was dreadful..the heating was overpowering and we had a very poor driver, very erratic, jumpy, wavering. .”

“Convenient pick up drop off locations. It would also be nice to have stops along the route on say, a non express service. The bus seats were a bit uncomfortable.”

“Excellent service but maybe in the future you could consider a pick up drop of at CLAUDY Park and Ride it would be so convenient for CLAUDY and surrounding passengers”
