“Bus was there ontime. Driver that took us up to the airport was so helpful by putting my suitcases on for me as my mother was disabled But the driver who lifted us from the airport was not. I was expected to put 6 heavy suitcases on myself and felt rushed as people were skipping the line. He made a stop on the side of the motorway to fix a door and also the driver kept closing his eyes like he was exhausted from driving which scared us abit.”

“Bus was 40 minutes late at Dublin airport, no way of checking where the bus was, and there was a woman in a wheelchair part of our group left out in the cold. Not to mention, the bus was freezing.”

“got to airport on time and they provided another bus as their driver was sick, so didn't leave us stranded ...also allowed me on board earlier bus as my plane landed early so all in all very good service”

“The driver on our journey to Cork was not good. Just outside the airport he slammed on the brakes because the car in-front stopped at a red light. The bus was obviously too close to the car. He seemed to do a lot of swaying in and out of lanes. When we arrived in Cork a lady asked to see the bus or his licence and he abruptly pointed to the windscreen. I’m guessing she did so to make a complaint.”
