“Sat next to a man who began drinking cans of Heineken not short after departing. Kept waking me up to use the bathroom. Eventually he got drunk and I was unable to get back to sleep as he kept trying to talk to me, touch me and make obnoxious noises. Hard to get anyone’s attention as everyone was asleep”

“express - it's a joke: 1:40 (!) from Belfast int. it's L'derry connection only every 2 hours! the bus spends half its time at stops!”

“I give only 3/5 becasue it was decalred that there are charging outlets and wifi - there was none of that. The seats are very comfortable and the journey was very pleasant.”

“The bus was there on time at belfast International Airport, although tha passengers were not allowed to board the bus, it seems there was a bus but no driver. The passengers stood and waited for 15-20 minutes freezing after arriving back from Spain. The door of the bus was open but passengers were not allowed to enter. We never encountered a problem like this with the airporter service Some of the passengers were elderly and infirm, I certainly don't think it's good enough to have people waiting, especially outdoors. It seems like one driver had finished his shift and the other hadn't started. Not sure what happened 😕”

“Very helpful staff when I had a query. Air coach do what it says on the tin they are prompt on time. Good standard of coaches clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend Aircoach. Will deffo use again.”
