“I travelled from Dublin airport to Greystones last Wednesday (19/4) and the driver was the most unhelpful, miserable person that I had met in a very long time and he didn't like people nor red traffic lights. To the contrary, the driver on Sunday morning when I travelled back was a very nice man who obviously enjoyed his job and was a considerate driver to others on the road. Both journeys relatively punctual due to traffic.”

“I am always worried about my luggage, I think the driver should be more present when people are taking luggage out. I also don’t like drivers forcing small backpacks to be placed in bottom storage. Overall ok”

“The coach was too crowded with every seat taken. As there were no luggage racks or any storage space in the bus each passenger had their luggage sitting on their lap. This was extremely uncomfortable and dangerous to personal safety as some luggage was very large and very heavy.”

“I did not realize their was luggage storage available until my return journey. So, my ride from the airport to Dublin City Centre was a bit cramped with me trying to keep my luggage out of the way of other passengers. My return trip was great; easy to book online; luggage stowed safely; quick and comfortable ride back to Dublin Airport.”
