“My coach from Belfast Int. Airport to Derry and return to Belfast was a good experience. The coach was on time on both occasions. The driver was very helpful and pleasant, and both journeys were very pleasant. Excellent price.”

“I find the Aircach to be both comfortable and punctual. I do, however, feel that the 703 route from Fitzpatrick's Castle which runs at only two hourly intervals is far too infrequent. I also feel that it's original route which followed that of the Patton Flyer was significantly speedier and I don't see why that could not be resumed as the 700 route from Leopardstown would appear to cover the alternative route to the airport. “Used to previously use airporter and was recommended as the best option. Coach, driver, service was great, no complaints. My only issue is the collection from Belfast international, the online confirmation has a pin drop to say you will be collected from where airporter used to collect, was advised at the airport the same, but this has in fact moved and no signs to state where the collection is. Not only myself but other people travelling nearly missed our pick up, if it had no have been for running towards the bus seen at the last minute driving past and the driver kind enough to have stopped, we would of missed our pick up. Please update your email confirmation of the bookings as I’m sure this happens to others. Overall service of the driver was great.”

“Since when do you not go up to the top of Charlesland in Greystones, and why not? Seems ridiculous, logistically for anyone who's not going there and needs to connect further - there are areas beyond Charlesland in Greystones”

“Always seems to leave on time, and arrive on time. I do charity work abroad, so unfortunately my flights don't follow the same pattern. A flight was delayed a few weeks ago, immediately after I booked my Aircoach. I phoned up customer service and was advised that I could use the same ticket on the next Aircoach. As an unpaid volunteer, this helped a lot. Thanks!”

“Did take the Aircoach in both directions - from and to the Airport. In both cases nice and friendly service, on time.”

“The bus and the ride were fine. As we approached the bus with luggage in tow, the driver met us and grabbed our luggage, telling me we were late and seemed put out by our arrival. the email confirmation I received indicated 9:37 and when my wife and I boarded the bus, the clock on the bus indicated 9:33 so I don't understand his attitude....other than that it was ok”
