“Comfortable, efficient and cost-friendly. Fair warning, you need cash (euros) or a contactless (tap) card to pay if paying at time of boarding. You can book/pay beforehand on their app (or site) if you don’t have either of the above.”

“Please get your Aircoach app back up & running. Stick to your schedule. I booked a 3.30pm slot yesterday which didn’t arrive so had to take 3.45pm… driver hadn’t a clue why the schedule was not running to schedule.”

“The driver at the airport was completely rude to me, started yelling about leaving when wasn’t even departure time when I showed him 3 tickets (Qr) and my parents were coming a little behind of me. It was the first time I took my parents to Belfast and they had to see this disgusting scene when they arrived to the bus, with the driver yelling at me for no reason”

“The return journey to Belfast International Airport was overcrowded, smelly and lacked air conditioning. It felt third world.”

“No wifi on either journey to or from Dublin. Aircoach on way to Dublin was fairly clean & more modern. Aircoach on return journey was grubby, dirty, old, not modern at all & below standard for comfort Will definitely seek an alternative company in the future. Would not recommend Aircoach....gets you from A to B but not comfortable at all !”

“Good value for money. Left and arrived on time. Coach on outward journey in poor condition coach on return journey was better. Air conditioning was on full blast making the coach very cold. No toilet facilities on coach. No help from driver to load or unload luggage.”

“Bad because it was 1-4 am and the driver was with the music very loud not allowing the passengers to sleep. Also driving very fast and risky with rain. It arrived even earlier.”
