“Don't regret using Aircoach, the Bus was in time and clean, and the temperature was not too cold, no too warm. Improvement that could be made: Bus Stop could be closer to Parnell Place (Cork City Bus Station) to allow passengers/travelers a better connection to continue their journey without extended waiting time.”

“Aircoach left right on time. Travel was fine though traffic at the airport was a mess and it took a while for the coach to arrive at a location for those wishing to get off. The traffic at the airport made it a little later arriving in the downtown Dublin area. There were some really noisy people on the bus--high pitched giggles and continual loud laughing though not the Aircoach fault.”

“Driver announcements (communications) were very good. Dublin to Cork trip - the seat was exceptionally uncomfortable - the seat cushion was collapsed through to the metal.”

“Problem I had was that my flight was changed and I had pre paid for my bus trip so my flight departure times changed and thus didn’t match my bus pre booked times so they were not valid and I had to pay again needless to say I won’t do that again”
