“Unfortunately sometimes the buses are older ones so there are no chargers and the wifi is poor. I thought too that when you choose Dublin Airport that it goes directly there rather than going to the centre of town. Thankfuly we'd allowed enough time but it was a bit stressful”

“Very good journey from Dublin airport to Belfast, my only disappointment was that there was not a toilet onboard & for a 2 hour journey it would be a bonus”

“I was confused at first between an online purchase and an app purchase but customer service explained I would love to see the coach have better signage on the vehicle after a 10-hour flight it's easy to be confused the more help the better also, the lineup at the pickup station on early mornings needs to be better organized I guess customers don't follow common sense”

“The day we used the service, the bus went right into the city center when we got the Dublin. There were numerous events on-going and traffic wsa chronic and we were late to the airport. Does the bus HAVE to go through the city center on days when there are multiple events???”

“Good and are way of transport. Mostly punctual, which is great. But bring a coat, some drivers put the air conditioned even at night and it gets really cold.”
