“Very efficient and timely service from Belfast to Dublin Airport. Aircoach should look into acquiring premises in the Glengall Street area to facilitate people transferring from the Translink bus depot late at night ie after 12 midnight who wish to wait for 1.30am coach to Dublin. Covered area with toilet facilities would be a big advantage to travellers.”

“Usising online booking was complicated because I wanted two pickup points on the same route for my friend and I. The only solution was too buy them both from the earlier stop.”

“Good service but no air conditioning on outgoing journey”

“On hot days such as last summer the curtains were too narrow to fully cover. One or another passenger was suffering from heat. Also the air-conditioning was switched on only after one hour drive. Hot days are rare in Ireland but will keep coming back with the climate changes. Please consider providing some solutions in advance. Thank you”

“I have been using this service for over a year! I am very satisfied with it so far. It’s very convient for travellers going to and from the airport to other major cities in Ireland. I have just one question maybe you can answer. Do you have a refund system in place if there is problem with a booking example missed flight or air strike because of air courrier ?
