“Stop not we’ll marked. Location shown on online sites different from what found on the street itself (which was poorly marked itself). Otherwise everything else was fine.”

“Coach arrived on time but was full and the driver seemed very stressed. The driver failed to announce which terminal we arrived at first which caused some consternation among the passengers. Otherwise, the trip was quick and efficient.”

“The Aircoach drivers are always friendly, helpful and professional. The coaches are comfortable and usually get you to your destination on time. The fact that the Dublin Airport to Belfast service is non-stop is a plus. I do think that Aircoach needs to return to an hourly Belfast - Dublin Airport service because one coach every 2 hours is not enough.”

“Generally very good service but including a map of where EXACTLY one goes to get the bus at Belfast and especially at Dublin airport terminal 1 and 2 at point of sale would be extremely beneficial.”

“The bus to the airport was 10 or 15 minutes late but arrived in time for my check in. The bus back from the airport left about 10 minutes after but had a good service and no issues.”

“The over head shelf inside the bus is of too small height to be of any use to store any carryon luggage there. The height of the shelf needs increased , so travellers can store luggage there as well and reduce the rush at the side load while storing luggage.”

“We got the 02.15 from Galway to Dublin airport. The only problem we had was people rushing to get on the bus as a family . There was no order and with two small children travelling it can be stressful enough without people accusing me of trying to jump the queue when all I was trying to do is keep with my wife and children while boarding. Not the drivers fault though.”
