“Online purchase and payment via credit card was convenient. Driver was courteous and professional. However, seats were pretty worn off; time to refurbish upholstery.”

“Service is as expected, however, the 12 hours return window I found was getting more from the customers without any benefits to them. Having been using the services for many years now, I was disappointed that Aircoach needed to go to that level And traveling with the old, noisy and vibrating a lot bus brought me to the thought that Aircoach's next fleet must be electric.”

“A very vital service and critical to the transport plan for ireland really appreciated. efficient and on time always. I understand you want to do direct line from one point to another but maybe look at option for dropping off in big town ( only drop off not pick up) as sometimes peoples need to go far to your stop and take another long journer ( example: we live in mitchelstown and we pass it to cork before we get another bus of lift to mitchelstown)”

“No complaints with service The only issue I had was where I was sitting. Two seats opposite toilet at back of bus would be ok for child but not suitable for adult. Knees were touching seat in front and barely enough room for a bag on my lap. Other than that no complaints.”

“Bus to airport was arrived at bus stop and at airport at the exact times listed on website (very early morning bus from Foxrock church). The bus stop at the airport is a bit confusing as you don’t know where your bus will be going from and lots of confused passengers. The seat in front is very close so not much leg room and the overhead compartment is pretty small but otherwise clean bus and quick journey through port tunnel.”

“My flight was late landing however I still made my booked coach as thankfully the coach was also delayed between 10 and 15 minutes. There was some concern amongst travellers as to whether or not they would get on the bus as a large number had not prepurchased tickets. We were approx 25/30 mins behind schedule arriving into Cork. I was happy with the delay as it permitted me to make my booked coach.”

“The driver on the route to Dublin was excellent, more than helpful in all respects. On our return two weeks later we unfortunately misplaced our return ticket. I spoke to a gentleman who later turned out to be our driver, I explained the situation but I must say he was not interested in helping us at all, in fact totally useless and uninterested. Shortly after I spoke to a young lady, I think she was Eastern European, she was extremely helpful and advised that I speak to the supervisor who in turn was more than helpful and searched on his computer and was able to confirm we had tickets. This has not put us off using your service and I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the unhelpful and uninterested bus driver. All other members of staff were excellent in every way.”
