“Clean modern bus,safe driver, departed and arrived on schedule, good price.”

“Buses are less frequent than previous AirPorter service and so not as convenient. Bus I was travelling on was also delayed in arriving at Belfast airport for around an hour and 15 mins. While I get that these things happen, communication wasn’t good and it wasn’t clear was going on. Process to scan tickets when getting aboard also took a while which added frustration to an already very delayed journey.”

“Absolutely disgraceful service out of Dublin airport. The route to the school house seems to be every two hours which is an absolute disgrace”

“No "Aircoach" sign at busstation Ballsbride opp. Hotel. Aircoach app shows QR Code, but busdriver isn't interest in that: He wants to know the booking number.”

“I travelled from Belfast International to Dublin centre on Mon 21st August and the drivers were excellent and very helpful. I would particularly commend the driver from the airport to Belfast (12.45 departure)”

“The bus went to the wrong stop and didn’t pick any of us up, essentially skipping right past us. Customer service was very difficult to contact and were useless when we they did finally respond. The bus tracker on their website was broken and the bus was also delayed, and we had no idea. So basically, the redcoach bus driver and the redcoach customer support both completely ignored us. Still waiting for compensation and I’m still not at my destination.”
