“The worst booking system, I bought with the flexible purchase option to be able to change the ticket. I tried to change it at least 6 hours in advance and it was impossible, I had to buy another ticket.”

“Service every two hours only on the Killiney route is insufficient and inconvenient. The current route via the quays in the city centre results in few if any pick ups but the coach frequently meeting traffic holds ups. More frequent service and better route required!”

“Only one problem for me is if I miss the 08.30 to Derry due to waiting for bags it’s a 2 hour wait until the next coach maybe a 9.30 coach also.”
