“Busses are contemporary and comfortable. The only two issues I experienced with Aircoach travel is that sometimes USB charging ports aren't really working and Wifi is not present despite being advertised. These might be individual carriage issues. In summer there are a lot of passengers taking the coaches. It is strongly advisable to book in advance. Happy travels!”

“While appreciating toilet facilities - the space allocated is not sufficient. In face it is a space that could lead to personal injury. My opinion - I used Aircoach 7 times over July and refrained from using the facilities because after my first experience I considered the opening of the door and the angle one had to place oneself at to leave the steps and enter was dangerous for me! And I am sure I am not the only one!”

“Can't really fault it, maybe just train the drivers about the proper use of Aircon, it was turned off on our recent return trip from Dublin and the heat was unbearable. Also on all journeys as you have both a driver and an attendant at each location it might help to control the queue especially as people rush forward to make sure their baggage gets in i.e. jumping the queue and also queue from both direction . Perhaps the attendant could supervise this properly”

“The service is good, but it would be helpful to have some flexibility (at no extra costs) to allow passengers to get a fifferent bus (to that on which they are booked) if flights are early or late”

“Return trip from derry to dublin airport. On way down all was great, on way home we had to go on 3 different buses to get home with 5 suitcases and 5 hand luggage bags moving these was a handling.”

“Used the Aircoach for the first time going to Dublin airport from cork and back from Dublin airport to cork and I must say what a service it is. The two drivers I had were lovely on both trips and very kind, it was very cold so asked could we have the heating turned on and he obliged without a bother. The buses are so clean and comfortable I slept majority of the time because of how comfortable they are and a toilet on board was perfect for the long trip. I would definitely highly recommend Aircoach as the service is of the highest standard and I will most definitely be using Aircoach again.”
