“The air coach was comfortable and the drivers were good at letting the passengers know our stops and locations as we went along our route. The cabin temperature is very comfortable as well. The charger for my phone didn't work the last time, but it was fine. Thank you.”

“Very fast, convenient and regular bus service! I usually travel from south Dublin to Dublin airport often and find the experience reliable, pleasant and very affordable compared to other means of transport. Drivers are always friendly and helpful, buses always on time and every 15-20mins. Oh, and I've gotten so many free tickets and discounts by creating an account on the site. Strongly recommend:)”

“I am writing to complain about your drivers arrogant ,insulting,aggressive attitude and subsequent childishly spiteful behaviour. This was a humiliating experience for both my wife and I . My wife was extremely distressed and on day 3 of our holiday we still cannot put it behind us, nor can I describe the incident in any more detail at present due to the feeling of frustration and anger at the memory but I fully intend to follow this up when I get home with a representative of your company at which time I will be happy to furnish more details of the incident.I am sending you my email address for a reply. This individual is not a good ambassador for your company. I have used aircoach services since they began and have always found the service to be first class and the drivers to be normal helpful and friendly people doing their job. This changes everything. I have no idea what his name is but I can describe him to your representative when we meet. The incident occurred on Saturday morning September 2nd at the Clayton Hotel, Leopardstown and the coach was the 6.30 am to the airport. I have read a complaint by a lady named Daniella who, judging by her description of her experience, seems to have encountered the same individual at the Clayton Hotel at 6.30 am on Sunday 3rd of September ,exactly 24 hours later. eskelly47@gmail.com”

“Lovely drivers - polite, kind, friendly, helpful. Clean, comfortable buses. Stop shortly after leaving Dublin at airport, allowing those in need to use the loo, was a life-saver ;)”

“Bus was punctual so we were able to do all our activities in Belfast with no rush! However, USB phone chargers were broken and the airconditioning was more than freezing...unacceptable!”

“The bus arrived on time at departure. I don't recall whether we arrived at our destination on time or even early, but I don't believe there was any delay worth mentioning. The bus was nice and modern, and also clean. No complaints! (also a note to Aircoach if you're reading this: I think you have this review thing set up incorrectly, I'm being asked about my delivery, like I ordered a package and not a bus ride...)”

“Overall, a good service with courteous staff and comfortable facilities. One major problem for me was that the arrival in Derry on Saturday 15th August was 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Normally this could be an advantage but as a single woman, finding myself alone in a city I didn't know at 23h45 was extremely unsettling. The driver simply dropped everyone off and left. It apparently didn't occur to him that leaving someone alone in a strange city at midnight might be a problem. I had arranged a lift but for the appointed arrival time of 00.15. This meant that the start of my first visit to Ireland was an alarming experience!”

“I got the air coach on Friday. Dublin to Derry. It was a really bad experience Firstly the bus was 10 min late Then we changed bus twice and driver 3 times I honestly could not recommend this”
