“This was my first time using Aircoach and I was very happy with my choice. The bus arrived exactly on time at the San Jose airport and delivered me on time at SFO. My flight was during the rush hour and because Aircoach could use express lines the transit time from SJC to SFO was shorter than driving a car. I will use Aircoach again.”

“Bus broke down on motorway, was already running behind scheduled time, missed our flight and the 24 hours after that was a disaster. Buses should be better maintained. Would not risk taking air coach again to leave Dublin airport.”

“We recently used 703 to get front Dublin Airport to Blackrock. We asked driver to let us off at Blackrock Clinic & the driver said nothing to us & dropped us off at Frascati. We had 3 pieces of luggage. My husband is 86 next week. We were left totally stranded as we live in Sion Hill apartments. Surely the driver should at least have the courtesy to explain the situation to us. Very disappointed with this experience”

“It was my first time using aircoch. I booked it return from south Dublin to airport. It was a pleasure leaving the car at home instead of the stress of traffic. From collection to delivery the experience was great from, the Courtesy of the drive to the promptness of the service. Only request would be to have some flexibility on the time of the service isn't full. We were there in time to use the earlier bus but couldn't use and would be charged full fair of we did or missed out bus. With planes and delays there should be some flexibility.”

“Used to be a great service but has deteriorated badly. Only one bus every 2 hours from Bray and takes a ridiculously long route to the airport. Dart into city centre followed by bus from there now the quicker option. Plus no service from the airport after 8pm!”

“Used your service on sat 20th May. Booked my ticket for 9.30. Bus didn't arrive till 9.30 even though ur booking state that u have to be there 15 mins before bus departs. Hard to know spot cork bus was going . Very rude girl at the booking desk. Who could glmake a sentence just raored 3 and pointed. Toilets on the bus were an absolute disgrace . And that I might add was at the start of the journey. . Bus was cold even though I had turned off the Aircon above my seat .”
