“Had same driver going to Dublin Airport & on the way back! He was really nice & helped stow my luggage & helped take it out when i landed in Dublin as i had injured my shoulder a few days prior & was struggling a bit”

“Although toilet on board was locked 3.5 hrs a long time without access to toilet. On arrival to Dublin Airport driver never announced terminal 1 or 2. I think this would be helpful rather than every individual asking”

“Our own experience of Aircoach was fine but the man checking our tickets before boarding in Dublin for the return journey to Belfast was very abrupt with some foreigners/visitors who were just asking some reasonable questions. Did not give a good impression of ‘friendly Ireland!’”
