“No issues with the travels. The flexible add-on was great as I had to change my bus several times. Online service to change my bus etc was very convenient! Thank you!”

“Top class service in general. Very reliable and prompt. I especially like the usb phone charging facility. On one occasion the toilet was not in service, but this can happen.”

“Only problem was because it was early the bus had just been collected from where it’s kept and it was cold. The bus driver was very nice and friendly.”

“The driver was very kind and let me enter the bus before the time to departure because it was very cold. The bus was almost empty, so the social distance was perfect and the bus was comfortable”

“the bus driver was not at all helpful, I just had a huge operation I had a wheelchair for assistance and needed help with my bags, he clearly stated not my job and turned away. I had a passenger help me, I was in a flood of tears trying to get my bags up the very steep steps new attitude from him would be ideal”
