The bus was comfortable, clean and really quick considering the traffic. I was following the tracker to see when it would arrive to my stop and it arrived 12 mins before it was "due" so i would not necessarily rate the tracking system.

Pickup from terminal 1 Dublin took 20 minutes delaying the bus by 10 minutes reaching Belfast

Very comfortable journey from Dublin Airport to Belfast. Only complaint - the bus stop for Belfast at Dublin Airport was very hard to find , in fact I don’t think it was indicated, hence the 4 star rating

Great, comfortable bus. Arrives on time , friendly drivers . Would be great to have more buses from Bray to Dublin airport and other way. Last bus from airport to Bray leaves at 8pm which leaves people without any other option except a taxi if they arrive late.

The bus service itself was great. I did run into one frustrating thing while trying to book tickets online - the times for the upcoming buses disappeared about two hours before the buses. If you just arrived at the airport and haven't heard of Aircoarch before, and the signs are saying you can book tickets online, you should figure you can get tickets for the next bus arriving at the airport terminal station. It didn't seem to be an issue of bus seats selling out, judging that there were still empty seats on the bus we ended up getting. Thankfully there was a person who showed up to purchase tickets from in person, if it wasn't for that soul we would have moved on to a different bus service.

Everything was beautifully smooth. I am--as usual--frustrated with the web developers. SOme of the menu items are not available (Plan your journey; Help). In particular, I have a question which has no answer here. I bought a round trip ticket upon arrival at the airport. On the ticket it says "Return Journey is on a Space Available Basis Only". Uh-oh! What if the 9:15 bus, which brings us to the airport from O'Connell street in good time, is booked up? So we will take the 8:45 bus just in case, and be first on line for the 9:15 bus. Or will we? Can we make a reservation on one of the buses? There's no way to do this on the website, but neither is there a statement that one cannot do that. What if both buses are reserved by more savvy people and booked up? We will lose our flight. WHat's going on?

Hi, Many thanks for your review. To clarify, tickets purchased from our ground staff or drivers, are open return tickets, meaning you may return anytime within 6 months from the date of purchase. You cannot reserve a seat using an open return ticket. This information is written at the bottom of all open return tickets. However, you may contact our customer services team prior to travel, to check the availability of a particular service. Our customer services team is available 7 days per week between 08:30am-17:30pm. The only way to guarantee your seat is by booking online at www.aircoach.ie. Thanks, Aircoach Team.

It's a pity that there is no service after 00:30 having to wait 6 hours for a bus to Cork this day and age is ridiculous. Puts you off flying into Dublin late.

Aircoach is an excellent service and drivers are always nice... but I didn't give it 5 stars because when I booked 4 of us on Ryan Air, I had the choice at that moment to purchase return Aircoach tickets from Belfast to Dublin. I knew my arrival time in Dublin, however, at the time of booking Ryan Air and Aircoach, I did not know what time I would be leaving Belfast to come back to Dublin. I had to, unfortunately, purchase 4 more return tickets as no one at the Aircoach could help me with the already made purchase and told me when booking Ryan Air and Aircoach I should have put the return time... and therefore there was nothing they could do?!?!?!?!? Lesson learned.... when that opportunity comes up again, I would not purchase Ryan Air and Aircoach tickets on the Ryan Air site. Ryan Air said it was Air Coach and Air Coach said the return time was supposed to be done when I purchased it. I was able to put a return date.... just didn't know a time, as it was months away. But a month before I traveled I tried , and I, unfortunately, lost the 4 return tickets!!!

Really good service and drivers and excellent value for money. Love that there are USB ports to charge/plug in tech. Might be an idea to put in pull down tables on some of the seats for those who would like to work while travelling on this great service :) I would be prepared to pay extra to avail of this if it was on offer.
