“Aircoach is genuinely a great service, with friendly drivers and a comfortable journey. They loss of 1 star is due to no toilet facilities on board, as I find by the end of my journey I have to run to find a toilet anywhere near the last drop off point.”

“I have used Aircoach many times in recent years. It's a decent, direct and punctual service to Dublin airport. It could be improved by a working WiFi connection and a return to the previous schedule of one coach every hour. The reduced schedule can lead to missed flights/longer queues at airport security. Thanks.”

“There is no obvious aircoah sign at the St Vincent's hospital stop. Only locals would find it. Caused a lot of confusion for us! Thank you.”

“Pleasant drivers. Bus on time. However, you don’t run advertised routes frequently enough to be useful. Example is Greystones route.”

“The coach is very comfortable and is on time. The drivers are friendly. It would have been better if there was a student discount, especially for those traveling to Dublin cuz it is quite expensive.”

“Overall very good... you’re WiFi offering is a little sketchy though. Some passengers should be reminded that people’s personal space is to be respected and any intrusion on this needs to be checked. I accept this isn’t always easy. I suspect your drivers all all too aware of this as things stand and may require further support or training here. Also I use a laptop so plane style tables would be helpful.”

“I struggled to find the bus stop at Dublin Airport at first as it wasn't made clear anywhere that it stops near Terminal 1 too. And I am not very familiar with the Terminal 2 side of the Airport. But generally, the service was excellent, booking very easy and the journey comfortable and smooth. Thank you.”
