“Find your website hard to navigate it’s not very clear, had to get assistance from your CS Team who I have to compliment Marie on there assistance and explanation on how to navigate around the website.”

“Nice bustrip, good price. The only thing I would improve is indicate better where you can get on the bus. Now it only says the street, but it would also be good to mention a house number or ‘just across the … store’ or something.”

“I have to say that the trip to Dublin was very pleasant, the bus driver was a polite man, actually he had to deal with a couple of difficult passengers, he followed all the covid health measures. No complaints. Good trip, I definitely will use the aircoach again. Thanks”

“All good, just the new stickers on the outside of the bus block the window views. The drive to Dublin is pretty boring so one would need a window to look out at least.”

“Got on the bus today Galway to Dublin bus with a new driver just starting he was very mannerly and polite hope he does well only downfall was the guy telling him what to do I’m sure he must of been very nervous”
