“Good service but understandably not as frequent as they were pre-Covid (Greystones bus only traveling every 2 hours). Hence had to take Dublin bus to Stillorgan to pick up Aircoach, same on return journey.”

“Really good, comfortable, and easy to use service. The coach became a little late on the trip to the airport because of the necessary time taken by each pickup - perhaps it'd be good to show this extra possible time on the timetable in case it's a busy run.”

“The supervisor of Aircoach in Dublin Airport was extremely helpful and pleasant when my flight was delayed by nearly a day ,meaning I couldn’t get the bus I had booked.He ensured I got on a bus without any issue..Both trips were punctual and comfortable The only problem with the Aircoach was the people not wearing their masks in the bus.I don’t know how this problem can be resolved but makes me somewhat reluctant to use the service while also acknowledging this is the passengers fault and not the company .”

“Everything was great. However, I'd like to mention that it's was very warm and there were no windows open. Due to covid, we were a bit concerned and we also felt a bit car sick.”

“Very efficient, punctual service which I have used a number of times now. Comfortable coaches. Friendly drivers. Unfortunately on both journeys there were passengers close to us who were not wearing face masks, one of whom coughed a lot, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I should say that the driver on the outward journey did announce that face masks were mandatory. I do, however, realise that this is a difficult request to enforce. I also had reason to ring your Belfast office prior to my travel. I was impressed to get an answer right away and the girl I spoke to was very helpful. Thank you”

“Service is fine. Other patrons are the issue. Not wearing masks, eating smelly foods. Not aircoaches fault but they should enforce masks better”
