“Very reliable and very good value. Only fault is that the WiFi is so poor it may as well not exist. Took 4 aircoaches over 48hrs between cork and Belfast and back again, and the WiFi was so weak on all of them that not a single web page could be loaded so had to rely purely on mobile data.”

“Seems a pretty good service. Staff helpful and professional. Lost a star as the seat in front of me appeared to be broken and listing too far back towards my seat. Arrived on time.”

“Inability to track your buses when they are running late create anxiety for passengers. While the experience on the bus is generally good with friendly drivers, the buses are often late in picking up passengers particularly at non-terminal stations.”

“While I was extremely happy in both my journeys between Cork and Dublin Airport, the experience was spoilt on arrival back in Cork. My case had been pushed to the back of the luggage compartment on both trips. On arrival in Dublin the driver had an implement to pull cases from the back. On arrival in Cork the driver disappeared. I am a 75 year old lady and cannot be expected to scramble to retrieve my case and was dependent on the goodwill of other passengers. For this I have had to downgrade my score”
