“If you are referring to 3 October trip, it was OK but arrived at Dublin airport 35 minutes late. 19 September trip from Athlone to Dublin was wonderful except we were not sure we were at the correct location for pick-up in Athlone - no sign and another bus arrived going to Dublin, Bus Eireann which was confusing.”

“It should be a 5/5. The only reason it's being rated a 4 is that the pickup loction in Cork (to Dublin ) has no shelterfor rain or proper waiting area - else everything was very good.”

“All OK. Fast, efficient service. Some of the drivers on the Belfast route especially friendly and good-humoured. Some of the busses could do with an upgrade. mask-wearing on the route not great.”

“Bus 7 or 8 minutes late which I thought was a bit unusual for a Sunday morning. Driver totally unfriendly demeanour but maybe he was having a difficult morning. Anyway we arrived on time at the airport.”

“Only issue I have is the requirement to go through the city centre instead of the toll bridge and tunnel. This lengthens the journey and means I have to be at the bus stop a lot earlier than if I took a taxi. Also, there's too much of a gap between the stop in BlackRock and the next one in Monkstown. The driver should be allowed to stop if the passenger has no bags to collect from the storage. Thanks Ian”

“The service may be very good but I think it is a very expensive ride ! I believe it should be possible to make this public transport more affordable for everyone and encourage more people to use it, which will help towards helping saving the climate .....”

“Aircoach has always been an enjoyable experience However, on my last trip , there was not enough seats to house those who had booked online ,as the driver had allowed non booked persons on at the airport , he should have known how many seats were needed for those who had reserved seats , at the next stop. This was very poor, given that he actually had an electronic record of booked tickets. However I would not let one incident , deter me in my intended future plans to travel with Aircoach in the future.”

“This was my second time taking the bus from Dublin airport to Cork overall it was a good experience. Although I would recommend the directions for finding the bus area be better indicated so that someone unfamiliar with how things work could better navigate through the airport to the bus area.”
