“I travelled from the centre of Dublin to Belfast, the only issue I had was with the power connections being unable to charge my phone with either my plug or USB, I did mention it to the driver at Dublin and to the driver who took over at Dublin airport but neither was able to enable the power, other than this the trip was good and great value for money”

“Coach was quiet and spaced out however many passengers were not wearing masks. There was also a bad smell on board due to the toilet not having been emptied”

“Can’t book unti I know the routes and stops etc on totes 700, 702, 703. But can’t find any details on this website (expected links aren’t ) So have to go off and find these before I can come back and book. Very frustrating”

“I added 4 stars here because the service itself remains good quality. But, you need to urgently replace Aircoach signs at pick-up stops on Route 702, because there were none yesterday at least between St Vincent's to the RDS towards the Airport: I know because I went all that way looking for one. I've used Aircoach for many years so I know these stops, but still ended up panicking in case they'd changed, and so how new customers will confidently find their pick-up stop I don't know.”

“too many people sit next to each other no distancing, every sit is taken without exclusion!!!!next time will take a simple bus, at least there there is social distancing in place”

“It was all very good, the timetable was exact. Its only, I had the seat next to the toilet - but it’s wonderful that it’s included ;) And I wish that wifi would be more stable - but we’re on tour of course ;) So, I liked it and I'm going again”

“The coach left on time - was clean - just the cirona rules were not totally observed by the staff regarding seating strangers together although there was a sign ststing that that seat should be kept free”

“Everything was fine a little warm so a person asked the driver to turn heat down .I agree it was too wam , but he took it to the next level it was freezing the whole way to Dublin , now I didn’t complain as now it’s cold turn it up ? So it was a huge problem for me”
