“I used the air coach service cork to Dublin. 13-4-23 time 7.00. The seat in which I sat on by the exit door was broken it was impossible to know this until the bus was in motion and then it was too late to find another seat as everyone was occupied. So I travelled 3.5 hours on a seat that was rocking back and fort for all of the journey. I would really like a refund for my trip.”

“I was very very happy with my Journey from Belfast Airport to Derry City and also on my return journey from Derry City to Belfast on your Aircoach. i would give 10 of of 10 for the excellent service provided by both your drivers on both journeys.I plan to travel on your Aircoach Again on June 28th from Belfast Airport to Derry.I will be making my booking shortly.Thank You so much. “On two occasions in the past the 23:45 Aircoach that I was booked on left a few minutes early, causing me to miss it and leaving me stranded in Dublin. Each time I emailed in a complaint and, to my knowledge, no investigation took place. I felt that this was unacceptable each time. Of course, this means that it could easily happen again in the future.”
