“Our driver was very helpful and considerate after we experienced a delayed flight due to air control strike ....smooth drive up to Belfast from Dublin. Thoroughly recommend.”

“The time schedule was changed and since then the buses are not as frequent. There isn't one before 5am or after 12pm at night.”

“The bus was cramped and uncomfortable. I preferred the Airporter style coaches. I also think that there are too many stops for the Derry to Dublin route. The journey is not express.”

“Unfortunately it is no longer possible for passangers landing in Dublin Airport Terminal 1 to get on the Aircoach at Terminal 2 as used to be the case. This is very annoying if, after booking your ticket, you discover you have to be in Terminal 2 and want to get on the Aircoach down to Cork from Terminal 2 despite your ticket saying Terminal 1. Is there any means of being more flexible about this?”

“I got on the bus at T3 Dublin airport, and had to switch bus at T1. The bus driver only informed those at the very front of the bus. We did not know what was happening. The replacement bus was dirty with rubbish everywhere. The bus changed at Belfast to go onwards to Derry. There is no notice of this on your website. Therefore we did not know what was happening until I went up and asked a member of the public. Your bus does not stop between Belfast international and drumahoe. If you’re from this area of the country your transport to the airport is severely limited. Would not recommend this service at all.”
