“Very useful service. However, can you please make the 490 stop from Northumberland Road dublin to dublin Airport across from school house hotel clearer. Ticket says across from the school house hotel which is confusing and boarding is up further the street.”

“I have traveled twice on Aircoach. WIFI non existent. Both drivers very courteous. However the timetable for arrival at Drumahoe Park and ride returning from the airport is incorrect. For my next journey I will be arriving early hours of the morning. I would like to have correct information. So I am not standing in a quite remote spot waiting for a pick up that I coincide with your timetable.”

“Punctual and reliable service to and from Dublin City Centre from the airport. Would definitely use again. Minor mistake when the tickets were originally issued but this was resolved immediately following a phonecall to their helpline.”

“The travel was on time and the driving was comfortable. However, I felt suffocated as there wasn't much ventilation and the heater sucked out all the moisture from the bus.”

“I traveled with air coach to Dublin Airport first part of my journey was excellent we dropped off at Belfast airport and preceded to Belfast city centre where for some reason myself and two other passengers had to disembark get our baggage and queue in rain for another air coach to take us on to Dublin Airport. Can’t really understand why we didn’t stay on the original coach and passengers joined our coach at Belfast city centre.”

“No problems with the journey or coach which was on time to and from Belfast Inl .but would like to see more frequency of times as My return flight just missed the coach time and Ihad to wait 1 hr 30mins in the evening for the coach with nowhere to get a cup of tea in the airport . Also would like to see the pickup at Altnegalvin restored.”

“Bus with straight forward services,takes u from point A and brings you to point B. Easy and clear communication with acceptable prices. Only thing I would like to address is when u writing generic email, please don't start with "Dear prefer not to say followed by the name" as I find it more offending than if u would presume my gender. Besides if u not sure and u trying to fit into this "new" society than write only "Dear... followed by name", that way u won't offend anyone.”

“It's great to have such a frequent service to Dublin Airport but 3½ hours on a coach is no fun. Journey to Dublin took around 4 hours or more, I honestly thought it would be longer - hitting Dublin during rush hour and wondering if you'll miss your flight is very stressful, I guess I'd allow for this next time. Journey back to Cork was very good and staff at Dublin Airport very helpful.”
