“Overall the service we used was very good, the driver/conductor was most helpful and the service ran on-time at both Belfast and and Dublin allowing a very smooth connection with flights out of Belfast and back to Dublin. The coaches were clean spacious although on the return flight the toilets on the coach were not in working order though we were advised of this prior to departure from Dublin. journey time was minute perfect which mattered a lot for our onward trip. Definitely will use this service again. KR James”

“The drivers are always very helpful with luggage and questions. I always find a seat and the timing is usually good. My only criticism is that you've cut your service to South County Dublin so much that we've become limited in options for getting to the airport. You ran the competition out of business a few years back and then cut your own services which left me not very impressed with Aircoach, but it's our only option so we use it.”

“Service good, no problems there. The issue I have is flexibility around changing tickets to earlier/later service. It is too cumbersome at present. Should be easy to hop on another service same day, rather than trying to log in online and initiating change. Especially useful when returning from Dublin airport - flight arrival times being delayed for reasons outside one's control.”

“Overall good service, price affordable, only one thing not perfect if your flight is delayed the bus not wait even 5min. and after is problem to get on to another one if is full booked.”

“Driver very professional full of information about the journey, how to join wi-fi. Told passengers best place to load luggage for arrival Dublin Terminal 1 & 2. Wpold definetly use again and best was non stop unlike Ulster bus to Dublin”

“The new buses are very nice but still have the same problem as the old ones in not having a toilet on the bus, I have bowel problems and travelling by bus irritates it, and there is no way of stopping anywhere if I need to use a toilet, all coaches in London have toilets so can't see why aircoach don't have one”

“Correct service, a good price. I ordered tickets online from Hungary and received the tickets by e-mail. When there was a little change in the timetable, received info and modified tickets immediately also by e-mail. The only little comment: the passenger information display board was out of order on the bus.”

“The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the service is now only every 2 hours instead of every hour which it was pre Covid. Drivers are always very helpful.”
