“My flight was delayed & I missed my air coach bus to Derry and as there wasn’t another for two hours had to take the service bus to Belfast city centre & then the gold liner to Derry & wasn’t able to avail of a refund .”

“Thanks for opportunity of saying this. I came from airport to Talbot Hotel on Tuesday 4th July at 23.55 or so. Eastern European (?) driver. He called out each stop all right, but I really think you should have a microphone available to him. I'm from Dublin, but I really had to listen hard. I was afraid I'd miss my stop. A tourist could have great difficulty. A microphone! Everything else five stars. Thanks again, David”

“Everything was perfect bar the attitude of the driver at 5.40 am . My ticket didn’t display properly and he snapped that he couldn’t read a black screen - then snapped for me to turn the phone around so he could input the numbers. He could def do with some customer relations training”
