“I travelled with Aircoach from Derry to Dublin city centre. While the drivers were nice and the journey comfortable enough, I only found out of during the journey that I had to change coach twice, first in Belfast and then in Dublin airport. I wish I had known beforehand.”

“As an Irish national returning to Germany I stood in time at the stop in Galloping Green on Mon. April 24th 2023. for the scheduled Bus at 08.48am. It was a miserable cold and rainy morning. But the bus did not arrive until 09.22!! A full half an hour late!? this is absolutely unacceptable. Having suffered the cold I mentioned this to the foreign national driver who merely shrugged and said talk to the management it is not his problem. Having the Aircoach running 30mins late for people who require time to catch flights is simply not a viable business. Utterly disgraceful. No excuse. Terrible service.”

“Amazing service. We went from Dublin Airport tl Cork on 15th of April. The bus driver was very good and kind to my 7 year old girl. He made her laugh and interacted with her, as we were sitting at the front. Happy customer here. Always a pleasure and a good laugh to drive with Cork coach drivers !”
