“Used air coach from Dublin airport to cork city . Was in a rush for the 7.30pm bus and was met by a not so nice air coach rep ..according to my email confirmation my bus was leaving from zone 2 . This is where I was but he grumbled your not at the right place …it’s up further and it hadn’t even come yet !! I was relieved but he obviously was having a bad day … I used the Go bus on the way up and would probably use them again over aircoach just because their staff are nicer to deal with .It costs nothing to have a pleasant manner while dealing with the public .”

“I am falling out of love for aircoach service to greystones. - route takes too long as it goes along the quays and city. - Flexible booking is not fully flexible as you cannot change booking for each passenger - service only every 2 hours and not available at night (airports are working 24 X 7) This probably the last time I am going to use aircoach. My friend took Dublin Bus into city and then took dart and found it much quicker.”

“Our driver was respectful, kind and helped us get on the right bus. We had also missed 3 previous busses due to flight delays. Was nice to get on board and not worry about anything.”

“23.03.23, took the bus to Derry from Dublin ( late afternoon ), almost five hours journey with no food or toilet break, had to change bus twice ( airport and Belfast ), bus leaking water inside the cabin at the back seats,”

“Apart from the bus stopping on multiple occasions to wait for passengers, the heating was on full for the whole 6 hours, pumping stuffy and smelly engine air into the passengers area. Breathing this horrible air for 6 hours left me feeling sick for days after. Will never use aircoach again.”

“I took the 700 line from the Airport to Dublin. The driver was kind enough to help me navigate the system, being a foreigner using this service for the first time. Downside: only being able to buy the ticket online (which I had previously done) and that there was no one in the Aircoach stand by the bus stop in the Airport, where many travellers where asking each other questions as there was no one there to help.”
