“Just a couple minutes late, so thats all very good. Place almost packed but had a booking so my sear was secured; also got priority on getting onboard. Only problem, the driver didnt offer/assist with my big luggage in putting it and taken it out. Disappointing to say the least.”

“The morning aircoach to Dublin airport arrived on time and was comfortable with a friendly driver. Unfortunately there was no announcement of which terminal the bus stopped at on arrival, so there was confusion. One aspect that has always bothered me is that stowed luggage is not tagged, so that anyone could any bag at any stop without a check.”

“Aircoach is an excellent and very reliable service, the problem i have is that there are not enough options on buses to depend on them when flying in to the Airport, the scheduling means you cannot just come off a flight and expect to get a bus like you might a train in London, would more supply open up the dependency. Also, consider using Uber/Free Now type tech to help ascertain location of buses on the journey, etc.”

“The driver was rude. Also, he was constantly honking the horn when the lights turn green causing noise pollution in the city. I hope he gets a warning for this.”

“Normally service is great but it would make sense to change the route from Dublin Airport at peak times to go straight to Cork thus avoiding Dublin city centre. I was on the 5.30pm and the traffic delay was ridiculous. Not Aircoach fault but a bit of route flexibility would make sense.”

“Booked a later one rather than one with my friends and was unable to change it. I was then at Terminsl 2 departures looking for “ infobus’ which was on the ticket … luckily I asked someone and was directed to zone 20 at tne bus terminal at the airport , quite a distance from tne terminal”

“I booked originally on the app. I was unsure how to book a specific time of travel. More detailed explanation of how to pick a time for travel would be helpful. Coach was great, driver very informative at the start of the journey. A very pleasant travel experience.”

“I suggest wearing a mask. I got Covid the last time I was on this service. The bus was not well ventilated and the seats are too close together. I've been getting this service for a decade now and it's deteriorated in standard steadily over the past couple of years. Try to travel at off peak times if possible as at least there is some air on the bus with less people”
