After booking a return flexi ticket, return flight was delayed 3 hours on runway and on arrival at airport our party was told we had missed our booked slot and as had not given one hours notice to rearrange new slot there was nothing more could be done. We then had to book return journey with another company. Absolutely pointless having a flexi ticket

Driver was pleasant. Lack of heat throughout the coach during the night run made it a bit unbearable.

I paid for return ticket through Ryanair but was only sent a one-way ticket. The driver was not going to let me on the bus, but then changed his mind when there was a spare seat. Other than that issue, I was very happy with the service

Bus was full- should do a direct Dublin to cork - no need to stop in Dublin City as demand is so high could run a service directly from Dublin City directly!

the bus arrived late, almost half an hour, and the motorist was a little bit rude but I still got to the airport on time

Coach was on time but was so cold all the way to Belfast. You are loosing alot of passengers to taxis because no one is available to sell tickets to new and old visistors like me. Saw people about 30-40 wanted to get a coach to Belfast but drivers was not selling tickets or no one was. Refered to go online and people ended up opting for taxi.

When I got to the airport in the afternoon the wait for a coach was greater than 2 hours. I thought the service was supposed to run more quickly than that?

I’m 6 ft 4 and people take large seats quickly while I’m stuck in a seat not being able to move my legs for hours. Large seats have to have a rule of min height.

Quite OK. The health of passengers was poorly protected, no masks were worn, lots of people coughing and sneezing.

Very good service from Belfast to Dublin Airport. Not as good on return journey as bus was late arriving at Dublin Airport to pick us up and when it arrived it was already quite full so there were few seats left. The seat in front of me was already occupied by a large man who was sleeping & he had the seat fully reclined leaving me with little leg room & an uncomfortable trip the whole journey back to Belfast. Wouldn’t use this service again.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we apologise the cool air coming through, this can be remedied by closing the overhead vent or if safe to do then approach the driver and ask for an increase in the temperature. Apologies for poor experience. Regards. Aircoach.

The bus I was originally supposed to be boarding left 5 minutes before it's time and I missed it. The following bus was therefore overcrowded and stuffy.

Bus was very late and the fact there is no announcement on social media on why the delayed and if the bus was going to make it, all passengers were anxious.
