“the bus arrived late, almost half an hour, and the motorist was a little bit rude but I still got to the airport on time”

“Coach was on time but was so cold all the way to Belfast. You are loosing alot of passengers to taxis because no one is available to sell tickets to new and old visistors like me. Saw people about 30-40 wanted to get a coach to Belfast but drivers was not selling tickets or no one was. Refered to go online and people ended up opting for taxi.”

“Journey was fine nice and smooth but the 15.30 from Dublin Airport on the 12th November the driver lost his keys or something and we didn’t leave Dublin quays till 17.00 I missed my connecting train.”

“I’m 6 ft 4 and people take large seats quickly while I’m stuck in a seat not being able to move my legs for hours. Large seats have to have a rule of min height.”

“Very good service from Belfast to Dublin Airport. Not as good on return journey as bus was late arriving at Dublin Airport to pick us up and when it arrived it was already quite full so there were few seats left. The seat in front of me was already occupied by a large man who was sleeping & he had the seat fully reclined leaving me with little leg room & an uncomfortable trip the whole journey back to Belfast. Wouldn’t use this service again.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we apologise the cool air coming through, this can be remedied by closing the overhead vent or if safe to do then approach the driver and ask for an increase in the temperature. Apologies for poor experience. Regards. Aircoach.

“The bus was on time and the journey uneventful. However I had to put my case in the luggage compartment and found it very difficult to CLIMB INTO the luggage compartment to retrieve it, banging my head in the process. I have arthritis and this was difficult and sore for me. Surely there is a better way to pack luggage! Just compartmentalising the space would be an improvement and prevent luggage moving around during transit!”
