Buying a ticket was easy and simple. I had a big suitcase but either bus driver didn't let me use the luggage compartment; or bus itself didn't have luggage compartment.

your dublin /cork tickets dont have the correct drop off point in cork printed on them .and no staff member mentioned it and i saw no sign at the ticket booth at airport refering to it . otherwise a comfortable and pleasant trip.

Coach due at Stephen’s Green 13:07 was a no show. Next coach due at 13:37 was a no show. A coach eventually arrived at c13:55. Driver was VERY grumpy with customers . Return Aircoach on 24th was 5 out of 5 (& driver was very pleasant to his customers).

The 9 o'clock bus from Cork to Dublin was very pleasant. We sat in the front seat and had loads of leg room. The journey home on the 6 o'clock bus was not so good. Limited leg room, full to capacity and terribly hot. Both bus journies ran about 20 mins late due to traffic. Both bus drivers were great drivers and pleasant. Tks.

Never turned up on way back from Dublin at 3.00 o'clock. No email to say it was delayed. 4.00 o clock bus came and I got on that but I was lucky as that was nearly booked out too. I could of been stranded in Dublin. Found it very stressful as loads of homeless asking me for money on the quay. Aircoach did refund me €14 but my point is, there is plenty teenager's getting the bus to dublin for concerts and want to get home safe. A bus not turning up they should be a text or email to their phone if it is delayed.

I honestly thought the driver was a bit of a smart ass and I saw two ladies and one gentleman who took issues with his attitude.

The ride to and from the airport is good. The issue is the limited number of buses running to the airport on the Killiney Castle to Dublin airport route. If the departure time does not fit with the flight time, this makes us consider alternatives that would better fit our schedule. Similarly, on the way home, the thought of possibly having to wait for nearly 2 hours means that we have to consider other possibilities. The service itself is excellent. Just the frequency is an issue.

The drivers and actual journeys are great. The admin and customer service side is pretty poor in my humble opinion. I have a unresolved refund from earlier in the year. The airport service desk was just chaos. So yeah, it is what it is I guess.

The journey was fine, but getting on the bus was the problem. Our flight was delayed and we missed our bus so we queued for the next bus, and were told it would be first come first served once those who the correctly timed tickets got on. Problem was that the line was not well managed and people were just milling about and it was more of a rush to get on the bus than being in any way ordered (I would have imagined it sensible to police it to be those with correctly timed tickets, then those with earlier tickets, then later tickets, then no tickets). The queue and getting on was chaotic and stressful. Bus ride and driver were pleasant.

The frequency of the service has reduced on our route and in future I wouldn't book a return for that reason. Otherwise, the service is fine.

The bus was pretty dirty, no covered waiting bus stop - you just stand under the rain. No chargers inside, very late to the final destination. The Translink buses are much more better organized.

I like this service because I have no other direct option to get from Dun Laoghiare to the airport:) But I'm disappointed with recent hour changes (every two hrs for 703). I wish the service was extended. I wish it didn't go via the city center to speed up the journey. I wish perhaps some drivers were a bit less grumpy:) - but perhaps they are disappointed too.

Our flight from Toronto to Dublin was on Wednesday 26 October so I booked Air Coach to Belfast for an early departure on that date. In doing so I completely overlooked that our flight was overnight and that I should have booked an early bus for the Thursday morning instead. Receiving this information from the driver was a shock but fortunately there were spaces on that bus and I was invited to pay for the new tickets (for my brother and me). That was absolutely fine, my fault, but I have previously been the beneficiary of some Air Coach flexibility and been allocated available spaces on the next bus having missed the previous one due to a late flight arrival. It was disappointing that this facility was not available on this occasion but fully appreciate that a policy of no-change is now in operation. Paul Acheson

The driver was excellent but it would be lovely to have help loading luggage into bus. The controls above head to adjust temperature didn’t appear to be working and seats are quite uncomfortable.
