“The service and the bus was great but it took 45 min extra to reach Dublin from cork as the driver missed an exit.”

“The drive to airport very comfortable however no place to wait for aircoach as was after midnight and bus station closed. Standing on dimly lit side street at 1am for 2 hours waiting on aircoach. Also aircoach does not go from airport as name suggests - needed to pay £50 on a taxi to get from Belfast international airport to get the “aircoach” in city centre.”

“Well to start with your scanning machine/credit card machine wasn’t working properly or else it was operator error so we were a half hr late leaving which grew to an hour late on arrival…..we booked on line and didn’t appreciate standing waiting for people using their ccs that wouldn’t work……I’ll let you know how the return trip is. Also pre booked passengers should be allowed on first.”

“The coach itself was comfortable and quick. However on both stages of the journey people were refused access because the bus was full even though they had bought tickets. It's disappointing that you seem to be overselling tickets. Not a great look and very bad PR.”

“We took the Aircoach from Cork to Dublin Airport on Friday Sept 9th at 7am. The driver for that trip was of little help in assisting us with our bags. On the return journey on Thurs night 29th Sept at 9:25pm from Dublin Airport to Cork, the driver was most helpful and very welcoming....you should employ more like him.”

“I had assistance travel because of mobility problems and I was helped out to the pick up point intime for the 1pm coach outside T1. I asked the driver if I could come on-board and pay him. The driver was very abrupt and told me his coach was fully booked and that I'd have to wait until 3pm and that I needed to book online. I could clearly see that the coach wasn't fully occupied and appreciate that he still had to go to the other terminal but even so his response and manner I found to be rude and abrupt. Various members of my family have used this service in the past and were able to pay the driver on the day which is why I hadn't thought to pre book. Thankfully I was able to get my luggage on a trolly and go back inside the terminal. I booked the 3pm online as instructed and returned to the pick up point for 3pm. The driver this time was very helpful getting my luggage on board and when we drove to the other terminal there was a change of driver. I have no idea what his name was but his was the first belfast accent I had heard in three months and I have gotta say he was super friendly and helpful to each and every traveller who boarded the coach. Some people had turned up, like me, and hadn't booked a ticket. When asked if they could pay the driver direct he told them that once he got all ticketed passengers inboard that nobody would be left behind. He had a friendly, calm attitude and he did indeed get everyone on board. His driving was very good as well (I'm a driving instructor) and he was very professional even when dealing with a few idiot drivers on the road. The 3 stars is mainly because of my initial experience with the first driver. Cheers T Semple”

“The service between Belfast and Dublin Airport is all fine. Would be nice to have a bus every hour instead of every 2 hours, but I understand that there's not the market for this. I did find the terms and conditions of the flex fare quite harsh, in that it is often impossible to adapt the timing of a ticket within 2 hours of leaving, especially if a flight is delayed and one is stuck in the airplane without Internet and thus being unable to make changes to the booking.”

“Mostly happy with service except for the lack of 1am service from Dublin Airport to Belfast. My flight arrived slightly early but just missed the midnight run, so waited for 2 hours for the next coach.”

“The only bad thing I have to say is that the temperature inside was so low that we were freezing. On my way back too. I dont undestand why is so cold. The rest was perfect!”

“I am giving it only 3 stars because of the lateness:15 minutes late announced, 20 minutes arrival at stop. Other than that, I would give the service of aircoach 5 stars - easy to buy tickets online, cheerful driver, comfortable ride. I'll always take it!”
